Ingredients
- 600g packet frozen Birds Eye Deli Roast Potatoes Glazed with Duck Fat
- 560g pre prepared slow cooked pork shoulder with BBQ sauce
- 1 small white onion, finely diced
- 1 cup grated tasty cheese
- BBQ sauce, for drizzling
- Spring onion and fresh coriander, for garnish
Method
STEP 1Cook frozen Birds Eye Deli Roast Potatoes following packet directions.
STEP 2
Meanwhile, heat pork shoulder following packet directions. Pull meat and mix with sauce as directed.
STEP 3
Arrange layers of cooked potatoes, meat, onion and cheese in an ovenproof dish or pan. Heat in the oven if necessary to melt the cheese.
STEP 4
Drizzle with BBQ sauce and garnish with chopped spring onion and coriander.
Tips
Look for pre prepared slow cooked pork in the ready made meat section of your supermarket.
